AOP Student Awards 2019 - Finalists
Another excellent year for Edinburgh College Photography students. News just in that 11 finalist images have been selected for the AOP Student Awards 2019 from our HND and BA Professional Photography students.
Every year ECP has been well represented at these prestigious awards but this year has been exceptional. The 11 finalist images demonstrate the diverse range of photography taught at Edinburgh College.
Huge congratulations to all finalists, it's great to see the quality of work by ECP students recognised on a national level. A great end to the academic year which will include the final year exhibition in Edinburgh 'Exposed 19' and then on to London for our BA students at 'Free Range'.
"AOP Student Awards are a celebration of the best in photography amongst students, helping to provide that all important step up to the professional arena. By supporting new emerging talent, the Awards are an opportunity to get a first look at the potential stars of tomorrow".
This years judges include Simon Norfolk judge for the 'Places' category, Zelda Cheatle judge for the 'People' category and Alicia Hart judge for the 'Things' category.
This year’s AOP Student Awards will be returning to Wex Photo Video. All our finalists will have their work displayed in the flagship store in Whitechapel, London
The exhibition is open Monday – Friday 09:00-19:00. Saturday 09:00-18:00 and Sunday 10:00-16:00
