Mhairi Bell-Moodie, Creativepool Winner

Recent BA Graduate Mhairi Bell-Moodie has just been announced as the winner of Creativepool Annual 2017 Awards. Mhairi was awarded judges choice in the Photography Individual category for her series 'FLUX'.

FLUX is a series of portraits of young people transitioning from childhood to adulthood. Through racial diversity, physical and mental health issues, sexual discovery, a political voice, faith, families and friendships, these young people challenge the stereotype of what it is to be a young person in Scotland today.

"It's an hounour to have my work acknowledged by industry professionals but most of all, I'm pleased that the stories of the young people I photographed have touched so many people".
